As a former college rugby player, I learned the value of teamwork, discipline, and having fun while staying active. I’m also a bit of a boxing history fan, inspired by the heart and focus that great fighters bring to the ring.

My goal is simple: to make fitness enjoyable, sustainable, and something you actually look forward to. No intimidation - just support, progress, and results that last.
